TripLens tries to minimize GPS usage to conserve your phone's battery. However, continuous GPS usage for long periods can consume significant amounts of battery. Consider keeping a charger or a spare battery handy if you plan to track for long periods. TripLens also provides a 'Network Only' tracking mode if you don't want GPS to be used at all.
